Has anyone developed, used, or even dreamed about developing a VMPS server for use on a server other than Catalysts?

I would love to see a VPMS server that runs on BSD or NT...anyone have this in their tool-belt?

You might find Cisco Secure User Registration Tool

useful. Unlike VMPS it doesn't run on the Catalyst.
