Upgrade IOS for Supervisor engine II Plus TS

I have a Cisco Catalyst 4503 Series with Supervisor Engine II-Plus-TS and I want to upgrade IOS from 12.2 (25) ewa to 12.2 25 sg. Is there anything i need to do this upgrade. I see that the min requirements for the SG release is 64 MB. does this definitely mean that I have to change the flash card?

1.  Read the Release Notes (this is your responsibility); 

2.  Make sure you supervisor card has the right memory:  DRAM & Flash.  

There are several reasons why you really need to read the Release Notes:  

• You want to make sure you know what bugs are fixed; 
• What bugs are NOT fixed;
• What line cards are support and what aren't.
