Does anyone know where I can go to find out if my Routers, Switches, and Firewalls have the latest and greatest versions? Thanks in advance

It is especially easy if you have a Cisco CCO login. Go to www.cisisco.com. From the main page select Technical Support, then select Tools & Resources, then select IOS Upgrade Planner. If you have not already logged in it will ask for you to login here (and may ask again even if you have already logged in). It will then open a new page on which you can identify your platform and it will show the software versions available for that platform.
Or as an alternative from the Tools & Resources page you can select the Software Advisor. This will open a new page where one of the options is Find Software Compatible With My Hardware which will take you to a page where you identify the platform and it will identify available software for the platform.

Well, I have tried a few times and cant see to get access to that page. We didnt buy our Cisco products directly from Cisco so I do not have any documentation pertaining to them. Is there anywhere else I can go that doesnt require I have the documentation for the devices?

If you bought your equipment from someone other than Cisco there are a few options that may work for you. If you purchased a maintenance contract (even if the equipment was not purchased from Cisco many resellers can sell maintenance contracts) I believe that you can get access to pages which havce the latest release information. And if you do not have a maintenance contract there is still lots of information available from the Cisco web site. From www.cisco.com there is a link to documentation in which you can see lots of documentation on the various releases and it does not require a login ID.
