voice over frame issue....

Ok, we use 3662 at hq's to connect to 1760-v's and have t-1's to each location... have a store that everything works; data, voice out, but voice in does not...

here is info from 1760:

as you can see 3662 shows "NO RESOURCE"

1760 shows protcol donw, but have replaced FXS card at location, same issue???

where can i look?

In the future you might want to try IP Telephony forum. :)

In the meantime, here's something to try. As 0x2F is a q.931 response I'd try a 'debug voip ccapi inout' or 'debug isdn q931' or 'debug isdn standard' and see what's going on.
