What does netflow column Sampling=1 mean?

Hi,

I have a netflow .csv and I cant' find information on how to read the sampling column. My the rows show sampling =1, and I thought it means there was no sampling because it is 1:1. But someone told me it is still sampled. Does this mean that his column just indicates that the netflow data is actually sampled? Meaning sampling=1 just means true and 0 means false?

Hello ,

in order to get better help you should post the file or at least a sample with a few rows of it.

As far as I remember the sampling ratio is not present, a flag i.e. a boolean sampled not sampled might be present.
