My internal network is 10.10.x.x, to visit Web sites, hosts do that by a proxy, how I can restrict the access to Internet by my serial interface if I have the ACL extended in the Eth interface?

All internet flows, will have an ip address sourced with the public ip of the proxy. Inorder to restrict internet access, based on source ip address, its not possible, by putting an access-list on the router...You might want to restrict the access, by checking if you have any options for that on the proxy server.

If I use ACL extended in my eth interface y can control de access or traffic by my serial. How do you do to administer the BW, because I want 80% of capability of my router attending eth int, and the rest for serial, Can I do that?
