Wireless client roaming

Using Cisco 1242 ag ap's with WLC 5508.  CLient do not re-establish connections when roaming from AP to AP.  In windows we have to either turn off wifi card or re-connect and then they connect fine.   We have 6 sites all using same controllers and AP's and do not experience this issue.   HELP !

Firstly, what firmware is your 5508 running on? 

 

Next, are the drivers to the wireless clients up-to-date? 

 

When roaming from one AP to another, is there a coverage hole between them?
