WS-2960 Gi duplex will not set to full

I have the following configurations for switch to switch connectivety.

     sh config int

2960 will not take full duplex setting.

Hi,

You won't achieve a speed of 1 gig as on the other side you've got a fastethernet port.

You should set the duplex and speed on both links to full 100 Mbps.

BLUE:  Upgrade your IOS so the link will negotiate to FULL duplex.

RED:  The SFP will only negotiate to 100 Mbps.
