Hello community!
I'm not sure how to troubleshoot one of my device. Its Cisco WS-C6509. We noticed some power issues with power supply 1 and procceded with RMA. Here are the last logs from device. I marked with the bold font what is unclear for me.
Although there are no errors since the replacament, I'm not sure whether it's okay.
Please take a look for #show env command. Should it be this way? What does it tell us? That someone plugged 110V plug to the PSU?

Yes, it definitely looks as if someone plugged the power supply into a 110 circuit. If that's not the case and it is indeed plugged into a 208 receptacle, I'd have the electrical circuit checked.

How big is this power supply? Is this one of those 6K varieties?
If it is, the 6K power supplies come have two power input sockets. If only one power source is connected, the power input will show up as "AC low" and the LED will reflect this with a red LED.
The solution is to connect the second power source.

Also I would like to ask, if this situation can happen when we connect 110V plugs to the PSU (United Kingdom) is it possible?

All it requires now is to get someone to "eyeball" to confirm (and correct).
