Can someone tell me of a web site or book that I can find a parts brake-down and schematic for Cisco 2500 routers? "ie jumper A&B”

I think in general the product maintenance guides give you the most detailed info. You need a CCO login though for most of those documents. The following link e.g. gives you detailed info on the jumper/dip switch settings on the 2518:
