Generally this message comes if your cable or DSL modem integrated into the router does not respond to the your ISP and also not able to get the IP address form ISP if incase your setup is to get dynamically from ISP network.
I think the best resource to help you will be the Linksys Tech Support or just confirm if everything is ok with your ISP.
