Looking to build Cisco MTA files

Currently, I am working off of a .bin file for phone systems using Arris and Docsis MIB's. A client wants to switch to a Cisco setup, and I am having difficulties finding the equivalent MIB's for MTA devices.

The MIB's that we are currently using for the MTA .bin files are:
SnmpMibObject iso.3.6.1.4.1.4491.2.2.1.1.1.7.0
SnmpMibObject iso.3.6.1.4.1.4491.2.2.2.1.2.1.1.18.9
SnmpMibObject iso.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.7.9
SnmpMibObject iso.3.6.1.4.1.4115.11.1.1.1.2.1
SnmpMibObject iso.3.6.1.4.1.4115.11.1.1.1.3.1
SnmpMibObject iso.3.6.1.4.1.4115.11.1.1.1.4.1
SnmpMibObject iso.3.6.1.4.1.4115.11.1.1.1.5.1
SnmpMibObject iso.3.6.1.4.1.4115.11.1.1.1.14.1
SnmpMibObject iso.3.6.1.4.1.4115.11.1.22.1
SnmpMibObject iso.3.6.1.4.1.4115.11.1.1.1.15.1
SnmpMibObject iso.3.6.1.4.1.4115.11.1.3.0
SnmpMibObject iso.3.6.1.4.1.4115.11.1.4.0
SnmpMibObject iso.3.6.1.4.1.4115.11.1.5.0
SnmpMibObject iso.3.6.1.4.1.4115.11.1.6.0
SnmpMibObject iso.3.6.1.4.1.4115.11.1.8.0
SnmpMibObject iso.3.6.1.4.1.4115.11.1.9.0
SnmpMibObject iso.3.6.1.4.1.4115.10.1.14.0
SnmpMibObject iso.3.6.1.4.1.4115.11.1.7.0

Does anyone have a suggestion where I can go to find the Cisco equivalent (Specifically Scientific Atlanta submodels)? I've been using http://oid-info.com/index.htm and https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/nac/appliance/configuration_guide/49x/cas/49xcas-book/s_apx_mib.html#23083 with no luck.
