NET-SNMP Module (Window XP) for Perl scripts.

Can someone tell me if there is a (Windows XP) Net-SNMP module for Perl scripts. I can seem to find modules for everything but XP. Even the ActiveState web-site does not clearly identify an XP module. I plan to automate router / switch network configurations and gather information through Perl scripts. Thanks to any leads.
