OSPF Automatic changing password for Link Authentication

When configuring RIPv2 and EIGRP, I can enable "Key Chains" that basically allow dynamic password changes on specific dates and times and thus making it more difficult for password cracks while at the same time free up the support folks from having to change the routing protocol passwords.

NOTE: Key Chains are supported for RIPv2 and EIGRP ONLY.

The question is this:

Is there a way to accomplish this sort of DYNAMIC password changing for OSPF and or BGP?

Thanks in advance

Frank
