To configure this, you need to setup quality of service on your LAN and prioritize (mark) your target applications using access lists or any other mechanism.

You can prioritize applications on your LAN but it is doubtful if you are going to have any benefits from it.
The prioritization will not work end-to-end because the Internet does not respect traffic priorities.
As the Internet section is responsible for the major part of your end-end delay, having priority on the last hop will make very little difference. Setting up qos is certainly a learning experience but this is perhaps not the best environment to test it. Even if it worked, you would not be able to notice any improvement.
