3000 Concentrator to Uniform Client Compatibility

I just need to know if there are any compatibility issues with a 3000 concentrator running SW release 3.6.1 and clients connecting with versions as old as 3.0.1. Using Groups with Preshared-Secrets and SDI via xauth for authentication.
