I've been trying to find a decent accounting package that can give easy to read reports of when/how long users dial into the network. We use radius currently and the accounting on the radius server is just a log of useage, but can't generate a report. The logs are hard to read and the line that logs when a user dials in can be separated by several pages where the log shows that user disconnected.
I'm looking into ACS, but what I'm trying to find is a package that will provide an easy printable report that shows who dials into the RAS, how long they connect etc... Do you know if ACS provides this type of accounting?
