Can someone help me to interpret this logrhythm syslog log entry from an ASA 5508-X running cisco firepower services on ASA code.

Where 10.99.254.254 is the ip address of the LAN interface of the firewall.
Very strange log as it does not have a destination ip address. What does 'identity:10.99.254.254/49153' mean.
