How can I configure local aaa accounting?

I need your assistance, I have the following question:

Configure local authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) user authentication.

I used:

username XXXXXXXX secret XXXXXXXX

aaa new-model

aaa authentication login default local

aaa authorization exec default local

but I don't know what to do to configure local accounting.

here is the syntax :

aaa accounting default {group {group-list} | local}

Local account,

No need since the session already save in router db so why i need to send session detail to router itself.
