Being blocked

hello,

have implemented a 2 site vpn solution on cisco 1720 using 3des. when im trying to ping out or connect to internet im being blocked by rasa4.ilford at one sit and rasa3,ilford at the other. they will not authenticate me . pipex the isp are saying this is a bt problem, jhas anyone had similair exp and can give me some advice.

If somebody is blocking UDP port 500 and Protocol 50 between the 2 Cisco Routers, then the IPSec tunnel would not work. Talk to your ISP ppl and have them unblock them

response. my understanding of udp port 500 and protocol 50 are they deal with the actual tunnelling although i could be wrong, but i am actually unable to make any kind of connection outbound at all due to this block, but am obviously leaving each site. please explain as i am a little confused.
