Hello,
I have a IDS4215 (IOS4.1).
When I start a signature update for the sensor
from CLI or WebGui and the update fails because
of network or ftp-server problems, then I have
to wait nearly half an hour before the sensor is
ready again for a retry or for other commands.
during this time I get the message
Error: Control transaction cannot be completed at this time
Is there any possibility to stop the IDS to try to connect to the ftp-server
