I've encountered a client who's attempting to run the Clean Access agent 4.1.1.0 on a machine running Windows XP Pro x64. While the software will run, upon attempting to connect, we receive "This client version is old and not compatible.." errors despite running this latest version. She was able to connect successfully while using an earlier version of the client. I set up a test machine running identical conditions and have encountered the same error message, eliminating a problem on her machine.
So, I suppose the general question is, does CCA 4.1.1.0 have any known problems running on the 64-bit versions of Windows? If so, are there any known problems with doing so? If anyone has experience with this particular issue, I'd greatly appreciate discussing it.
