Hello, I've completed a course on CISCO  and done the exam but the course is still in the in-Progress section. Any help please

are you completed all requirements? such as course content viewing, quizes and exams? if so it will take some time to update status.

yes I have. I did 2 certs, one brought the cert almost immediately.

check again the set of requirements. it will take small time to complete and if not you have to contact cisco netacad support.
