Cisco and Checkpoint

I have a Cisco 1720 series VPN at one LAN and I have Checkpoint firewall/vpn at branch office. Is there are a policy manager software that can set up a VPN policy between these two devices?

Also, can you do access control to certain files on the network when you set up Cisco 3000 series remote access concentrator?

As far as the file restriction it is my understanding that you can restric access to certain IP addresses but not at the file level. For that you have to do on your PC.
