Is there a possibility to capture alarms generated by Cisco IOS routers that run IDS into CSPM ?

Yes,

Configure the postoffice functionality on the IOS Router.

Refer to the IOS Firewall user's guide.

Then add the IOS Router to CSPM as a postoffice host:
