What is the best way to start Cisco Security.
Currently i am having CCNP Routing certification and CCNP Level knowledge. I wanted to change my stream to Security.
Could anyone please suggest Best possibilities to start up and any other security services (Other than Cisco) you would recommend ??

With that given knowledge, the next step would be to study the CCNA Security. There is some overlap in CCNP and CCNA Security, but some topics will be new. If you want to broaden you knowledge of general security, you could use the study materials for Comptia Security+.
That would be a good start in security.
For even more applied security, you could continue the path to the CCNP Security if that matches your actual or desired work-area.

I have started CCNA Security :-). . But my colleagues are telling that, I should learn Fortigate, Check points, Juniper Firewalls to survive in Security Domain ?

When you are working for many years in that field, then you probably get used to some other vendors as well. But if you are at the beginning and directly focus on different vendors, you only get dangerous half knowledge. My advice is always to start with vender neutral knowledge and look at how to implement that with one preferred vendor.
