Clearing RAM from a 515

I need to clear my RAM and can not seem to find the command. PIX 515 IOS 6.3(3) Can anyone recall the command?

there is no such command i can think of the clear the ram.

"clear config all" can completely wipe out the config

"write erase", then reload can wipe out the config

"clear conn" can clear the connections

"clear xlat" can clear the translations
