Yes, 6.3 does support conduit statements although Cisco recommends you migrate to access-lists instead. Check the link below for further info.

The 6.3.x releases will be the last to support conduits. Pix 7.0 will not support conduits.

You can use the Output Interpreter on the TAC website to convert your conduits to ACLs automatically.
