Conf mail server and smtp relay

Hi

I have a little pb.

I must configure the pix for my mail server.

In my inside i have the exchange server(192.168.38.203) 2003 and in my DMZ I have the smtp relay(192.168.40.10) who it authorized to send mail.the externe address of the mail server is 81.192.X.X.

I want to know what is the command line that i must configure.

Questions:

1. Does the IP 81.192.X.X is for your mail server (exchange 2003), or the external email server that need to talk to your smtp relay or exchange server?

2. What's the actual access flow? Exchange server 2003 can talk to SMTP server to send out email only. How about incoming? Will the Exchange server receive it directly or via other server? What's the public IP for the receiving Server?
