Can someone recommend a solution for accessing routers/switches via console port over IP? I've done a search and turned up a couple of options but I wanted to see what recommendations you all might have.
Thanks.

I like baytech (http://www.baytech.net). The reason this works for me is because I can use it to both power the devices and console to them. I can ssh or dial up to the baytech device (supports call back but I don't currently use it) then either access the serial port of a device or flat out power it on and off as if I unplugged it.
