CSA 4.5 + Windows Update + WSUS

Does anybody have a good rule set or point me in the right direction for WSUS + Group Policy Object ( GPO ) in a XP and 2003 server environment using CSA 4.5? It seems like the Windows Update process has changed quite a bit with SP2 and the new MS installer.

As for the rules that you create to allow security fixes to run in a Windows environment, one must keep in mind to keep the CSA builds up to date.
