Hi,
I installed CSA on a server but unable to RDP after this.can some1 suggest how to make an exception for this ?

As Jim mentioned you can simply do a search of the NetPro database on the right hands side of this page. Make sure to use the words CSA and RDP in the title. You will find this link:

It's also helpful to put something like that as the topic of your post.
"CSA 6.0 and RDP" makes it much easier to determine the thread.

Open the CSA MC console, and look at the log for the server. You can run the wizard to create an exception, and generate rules to apply it. You should be good.
