CSAgent Installation Error: What does it mean?

Received the following:

Error Number: 0x80040706

Description: Object reference not set.

Setup will terminate.

What does this error represent? How do I get around this erro to install the agent on a 2003 server?

I have a feeling that the problem is not with the CNA install package but with something on your PC. Out of date file, overwritten files, etc. The only recourse is to try these fixes present the web sites.

That's an installshield version mismatch error.

What version of CSA?

Did you try the agent kit on another server?

Did you try the agent kit on another OS?

Did you try a different agent kit on that machine.

4.0.3-737 and 4.5.1-616 installed fine on several 2003 servers.

Problem Continues.

We are using CSA 4.5.1.639. The Agent worked fine on other servers. Worked ok on Windows 2003 and Window 2000 Advance Server.
