Dear all,
I am facing a problem on our CSMARS appliance. We are using CSMARS version 6.0.4(3229). when we try to boot the appliance, it does not boot and we get the logs attached.
Any advice?

Hello
If you have TAC support on the box, I would suggest to contact them. It seems your Oracle DB is corrupted or damaged.
If the data on the box is not important, or you already have a reliable backup, I would go for a re-image. Your problem most probably seems to be a software one, but it could also be hardware related (e.g. HD failure etc.)

We have tried re-imagined but it did not work, we got errors related to SDA drive failures. The TAC advised to open an RMA since it seems to be a hardware failure.
Do you happen to have any idea on what the root password for maintenance is? We were asked for this password while trying to re-image the box.
