CSPM 2.3.3i Alert Email From Line

To allow cell phone text messaging via email, I am interested in changing the "From" line of CSPM generated email alerts to make them acceptable to the cell phone company. Is this possible, or is it hardcoded?

Unfotunately this is hard-coded. There's a couple of enhancement bugs out on this to make it configurable, but don't hold your breath.

It seems a bit silly, but I did a work-around using blat and a batch file designated in the CSPM script area that processes the outgoing arguments using a FOR and a SHIFT command. A simple cheap bypass of a high dollar Cisco bug. FYI, the CSPM would not call a Perl script either.
