CSPM 3.0 Standalone Installation

I have a work station running 2K - (all patches) 1 gig of ram, 1.2 proc, 30 gig drive. During initial installation after selecting install products, the program comes back indicating the need to reboot because of files marked for deletion. After rebooting and running setup again the same message appears. There's an option to reboot later, all this does is terminate the install. I've ran disk clean, defrag, regclean, all with the same results. I've gone through the registry serveral times looking for software that were orphans from deleted programs. There are two different PC's that have the same problem. I've run out of idea - Thanks

Jim
