I updated IDS via CSPM, ran update, I get the following message
"Specified IDS Sensor Version 3.0(4)S21 IDSM is not an exact match to
a supported version. All features may not be supported."
Is this something I should be concerned with?

The release notes say You must first update CSPM to version 2.3.3i before the version S21 signature update can be applied. CSPM updates can be found at thefollowing website:http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cspm Hopefully that helps you out.

From the Signature Update Readme file:
The CAVEAT applies to any sensor version above 3.0(1)Sx.
You can safely ignore it if you have your sensor updated.
CAVEATS
After installing the S22 signature update, you may see the following
warning message while trying to add a sensor that has been updated to
3.0(5)S22.
"Specified IDS Sensor Version 3.0(5)S22 is not an exact match to a
supported version. All features may not be supported."
This warning message can safely be ignored. CSPM functions properly
with a 3.0(5)S22 sensor.
