I am installing CWVMS (after having uninstalled the whole product). I only need to install Common Services, RME, IDSMC and Security Monitor.
While adding devices to the inventory (a switch, a router and a firewall), these devices appear as managed, communication is ok between the management station and each device but when I try to view the standard syslog reports, no window appears for the selection of the device(s). I processed to the unintallation and reinstallation of RME, but this did not change anything. Also, java exceptions are raised when I attempt to close some windows and this was not the case after the previous installation of the product.
Do you think the error is from my explorer (Netscape Navigator) ? Do I have to uninstall IDSMC before reinstalling RME ?
