I am not sure what you mean by 'support both EIGRP and IGRP', but hopefully to answer your question...
DUAL is the diffusing update algorithm (DUAl) that the EIGRP protocol uses to ensure a loop-free routing topology through out the network.
IGRP does not use the same algorithm as far as I am aware.
