Degradation after adding 3002

Scenario:

3005 at the corporate office… 1.5 Meg TDSL connections to the Internet.

Clients are 3002 VPN hardware

Had two 3002 connected to the 3005 and things seem to have been working well.

Connected a third 3002 and things started running cruddy.

Connections began dropping and performance went south.

Any ideas of why the performance hit ?

Any way to increase performance and stop the 3002 from dropping?

Nothing comes to mind for me. Some things I would check are the firmware versions of each 3002 and the 3005. Make sure that you have the latest firmware for each. What I would also do is copy the config from one of the 2 and put that on the 3rd with the obvious interface IP address changes, etc. See if the problem persists.

Hope this helps

This maysound stupid but where do I go to find the firmware up date?

I've notice before that the version on the 3005 is 3.5.5 and by the date seems old but I've never known where to go or how to update the firmware.

There are no stupid questions....there are stupid people though....you and I would call them "End Users" or as I like to say "End Losers" :)

Here is a link to the latest and greates firmware for the VPN 3000 series. If this works out for you please remember to come back at rate this reply.
