Diferent configurations at diferent hours of day

Hello,

Anyone can say me how can i define a configuration (what is the command) in a cisco 3662 (IOS 12.1) that automaticaly do the following:

- between the 8:00 AM and 20:00 PM activate the access-list 123 in interface xxx (or a specified rate-limit...);

- between the 20:00 PM and 8:00AM activate automaticaly the access-list 124 in interface xxx (or a specified rate-limit...)?
