You need to create a filter-rule to block either ICMP echo request coming in the interface or ICMP echo reply going out the interface. Then create a filter and apply the rule. Don't forget to apply the filter to the interfaces. You need to specify only the IP address of the interfaces to block this, otherwise you will block all ICMP pings across the Concentrator, which I guess you do not want.
