Hi,
We have some 3640 routers in use, where we have rsh and rcp enabled. For security reasons (beside the authentication database on the router) we are looking for a way to allow rsh/rcp commands only on the ethernet interface. Of course this can be done by implemeting access-list. But we are using quit a lot of serial lines and dieler interfaces, so I'm looking for a way to block rsh/rcp generally on all interfces except the ethernet.
Thank's for any usefull hints.

I am not aware of any way to restrict rsh/rcp on the interface level other than by instituting access lists.
