Doubt due to new certification

HI

Greeting.

My CCNA - R&S Cert is going to expire on 10 NOV 19.

I am planning to give only one single 300-135 TSHOOT paper for now. Then after 23 February 2020, How many papers I need to take to get CCNP certified?.

Would it be economically wise? As we don't know how much 350-401 ENCOR is going to cost!.

Or should I go for 210-260 IINS security paper, which would give more value for career and one more dimension to career.

Hi @faizan_barmare

If what the portal says is true, if you pass the shoot exam, then after feb24 you would only have one test left(350-401).

Adding that you would have the specialist certification until that second exam.

Regards

Hi

Yeah, I have seen that, but I don't see any economic benefit in doing CCNP now. After 24 Feb, I need to take only 2 papers and I get CCNP even if my CCNA has expired. I think this has devalued CCNA.
