Did you try the feedback tool? The link to the feedback tool is loacted on the documentation main page. Click the link 'feedback' on the green bar (top) on the page http://www.cisco.com/univercd/home/home.htm. I tried it and was peompted for my username/password. I guess, you need to be logged in to provide the feedback.
