FWSM ingnore arp request

Hi everybody:

We have to FWSM(ASA8.5) installed in Cat6800(failover Router mode),but just one FW are not reply arp request ,we must creat static arp table before we can get arp reply.Please give some idear .Thanks .

This was End Of life Long Long Ago,

is the problem recently started ?

but just one FW are not reply arp request

is this in high availability ? how these connected any network diagram ?
