I have a vpn3000 concentrator and use vpn client 3.5.2a. When the users connect via remote access everything works fine, full conectivity everywhere. However when i create a tunnel from the internal office while connected to the local LAN, I can create a tunnel no problem, however i have no connectivity. The client shows the ip local lan ip address when you enter ipconfig /all.

Any suggestions????

Even you connect trough remote access, the ip address assigned from the VPN 3000 to your VPN client will not showing in "ipconfig/all".

The ip address and other information will only showing up in VPN client connection stats.

Click the small VPN client conneted icon, you will see those stuff.

The concentrator has public interface and private interface. You should always connect to the concentrator public interface.

I believe you connect to the concentrator inside interface when you are in the internal office. In that case, it might not work correctly. It might cause some routing issues there.
