We'd need to see a "sho ver" and "sho stack" output, but you're better off opening a TAC case on this as they'll be able to provide you with a solution and code fix if one's available.

How bad is this issue?...sure I worry about system hardware failure..or just it may be an bad memory address writing?..
I will open a tac case as suggested.

We really can't tell how bad it is, probably just a software bug that's resolved in a release that you can upgrade to.

I upgrade the OS ver. form 12.2 to 12.3 and the router is been working properly, has not reboot, this was done it on Friday and looks like all the weekend was stable.
Thank you very much for the suggestions, I will keep writing for further manner or looking for solutions posted.
