How do I block WinMx and/or eDonKey2000 traffic?

I need to block internal users from accessing WinMx and eDonkey using a PIX firewall running version 6.3 with access-lists.

How do it?

Are those protocols? Web sites? What?

If they're web sites, block them with Websense or null routes. If they're protocols, block the ports. If they run over 80, run NIDS or a proxy.
