in isdn isp can enforce user to use telephone numbers
if these numbers wrong he will not be able to login
is these possible in dial up that if the user use range of numbers that isp not limit it cann't login

In ACS you can set network access restrictions in the group and user setup, first you set the "permitted calling/point of access locations" in the user setup to type CLID and value "users-phonenumber" then you set "denied calling/point of access locations" to type CLID and value "*" ,
you deny all other phone numbers to all members of the group (be carefull).
